Laws to keep siblings together advance

April 12 2021 - Evidence supports keeping siblings together in alternative care. Yet, practical challenges, missing legal provisions and a lack of awareness about the extent of harm children suffer due to separation from siblings, remain. New legal proposals in Belgium and the Netherlands aim to change this.
